Lobby displays, menu boards, retail screens, and multi-panel video walls — installed and managed by Island AVNS. Serving businesses throughout Nassau & Suffolk County.
Our Solutions
From a straightforward lobby display to a multi-panel video wall — Island AVNS designs and installs digital signage systems for every business type and application on Long Island.
Make a first impression with a large-format display in your lobby, reception area, or waiting room. Brand messaging, welcome screens, and live content.
Multi-panel video walls with smooth bezel-to-bezel joins. 2×2, 3×3, and custom configurations for retail environments, command centers, and lobby installations.
Digital menu boards for restaurants, cafes, and food service operations. Update pricing and promotions remotely — no printing, no laminating.
Promotional displays, end-cap screens, and window-facing displays that capture attention and move product. Remotely scheduled content throughout the day.
High-brightness commercial displays rated for outdoor and semi-outdoor environments — storefronts, drive-throughs, and exterior kiosks.
Cloud-based CMS platforms so you can update your content from a computer or phone. Schedule different content for different times of day or different locations.
Our Process
Every digital signage installation follows the same four steps. No surprises, no cutting corners.
We assess mounting locations, ambient light levels, viewing distances, and content strategy. The right display in the right location makes all the difference.
We specify displays, media players, mounts, and the right content management platform for your operation.
Commercial-grade mounting hardware, in-wall cable management, and clean power distribution. Everything is installed to commercial standards.
Content management system configured, initial content loaded, and your team trained to update screens on their own from any device.

Questions we hear every week from Long Island business owners.
Consumer TVs aren't designed for continuous operation and will fail quickly in a commercial setting. We specify commercial-grade displays rated for 16–24 hours of continuous daily operation, with brighter panels for high-ambient-light environments and longer warranty coverage.
We configure a cloud-based content management system (CMS) that lets you update content, schedule playlists, and push changes to any or all of your displays from a computer or smartphone — without any technical knowledge required.
Yes. With a proper CMS, you can run completely different content on each display, group displays by location, and schedule content to change automatically throughout the day — morning promotions, lunch specials, evening menus.
A video wall is an array of displays — typically 2×2 or larger — tiled together with thin bezels to create a large continuous image. They're ideal for lobbies, retail environments, and command centers where a single large display would be impractical. We handle panel specification, structural mounting, and processing hardware.
Yes. We specify high-brightness commercial displays rated for outdoor environments or semi-outdoor (covered but not climate-controlled) locations. Outdoor displays must exceed 2,500–5,000 nits brightness to be visible in sunlight — far beyond what standard displays can deliver.
A single-display installation typically takes half a day. A multi-location or video wall installation takes 1–3 days depending on complexity, mounting conditions, and cabling scope.
