What's included in a typical home alarm system?

A standard residential system includes a control panel, one or more keypads, door and window sensors on all entry points, motion detectors, a siren, and battery backup. We can also add glass break sensors, smoke/CO detectors, and smart home integration depending on your needs.

Do you offer wireless alarm systems?

Yes. Wireless systems are available for both residential and commercial properties. They're ideal for retrofitting existing buildings since there's no need to run wire through finished walls. All wireless devices use encrypted RF communication and battery backup.

Can I control my alarm system from my phone?

Absolutely. Most modern alarm panels we install support app-based control — arming, disarming, checking the status of individual zones, and receiving push notifications on any event. We'll set this up during installation and walk you through it before we leave.

Is 24/7 monitoring required, or can I just have a local alarm?

Monitoring is optional but strongly recommended. A local-only system sounds a siren when triggered — but if no one calls 911, police won't respond. With central station monitoring, we dispatch automatically. For commercial properties, most insurance carriers require monitored systems.

Can you take over an existing alarm system I already have?

How long does installation take?
